Separation of jointly filed multiple actions

In its decision 4A_38/2020 of 22 July 2020, the Swiss Federal Supreme Court had the opportunity to apply and consolidate its case law on the right to be heard (Art. 29 para. 2 BV, Art. 53 ZPO) in the context of the separation of jointly filed clustered actions.
